Asian Dating London

London, a great city full of Asian singles and places to date!

One of the world's greatest cities, London, is the biggest city in Europe and is a perfect binding of the past and present. It's a city with so many places to visit that it would be difficult to find them all in a single lifetime, hence some people describing it as ‘the world in one city'. Be it the British weather, the world-famous black cabs, red double decker buses or Big Ben, London for all its cultural diversity is quintessentially British.

AsianD8's roots start in London when in 2003 we ran our first ever dating events for single British Asians. The AsianD8 team now organise 8 to 12 Asian singles events in London every month, solely for the South Asian community. The first event in London was a Hindu speed dating event and was closely followed by a Sikh singles event and Muslim speed dating event. People travel from many cities from around the country to attend our unique Sikh, Muslim or Hindu over 30's events and more significantly to attend the Infamous Gherkin Padlock Party in the UK's premiere city.

We recommend London as a great place to meet single people because of the density of the Asian population, most of who work in the centre. Many people aged between the age of 20 and 30 move to London for work and entertainment too which further increases the pool of single individuals. The surrounding suburbs are where many South Asian communities reside with places like Hounslow, Harrow, Ealing, the East End and Ilford traditionally being home to many South Asians.

When needing a place to take a date, London is unrivalled. The choice that the capital provides when it comes to things to do is up there with the all the major cities of the world. The many narrow streets hold great surprises in culinary choices with great restaurants and many cool drinking holes and trendy bars.

Samuel Johnson (Biographer and Poet in 1700's) said that when someone is tired of London he is tired of life, at AsianD8 we believe he could have been right.
